To follow up on my Guillermo del Toro chastisement, I just watched the trailer for Hellboy II: The Golden Army. Yuck. Yep, that pretty much sums it up. Oh, and David Hyde Pierce, what are you doing with your life? Did Kelsey Grammer being in X-Men inspire you?

Also, Hellboy II comes out on my birthday, July 11th, of this year. Blechh. Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix came out on July 11th this past year, and it was a joyous birthday celebration. The movies sharing the same release date, and my birthday at that, means something. I just don't know what. Hmm...

I know! It's an omen. It means: "You're better than this dreck, Guillermo. Stop being a snob and make a Harry Potter film!"
