I know this is a bit of a detour from film-land, but I can't help it. I love me some Bea Arthur. I'm filled with love for her today. She is my sarcasm hero, and I had to post this in honor of Valentine's Day. And yes, I'm being totally serious. I love her! Anyone who has a problem with Bea will have to deal with me - a little V-Day (or Bea-Day) poem for you.

hellllllllsss yessss Bea! I really wish she'd pop up in something new like she did on Curb Your Enthusiasm. Or maybe a remake of Golden Palace with Don Cheadle except this time they open the hotel in Rwanda. too far? he was really only gearing up for his part in that movie when he signed on for Golden Palace
I know! We need some more Bea! Her appearance on Malcolm in the Middle is still one of my favorite things ever. And the reason The Golden Palace failed? Because Bea wasn't on it, of course! Oh my god, when I watched my first episode and saw Don Cheadle in the credits, I was dumbfounded. That's hilarious about Hotel Rwanda - you're right, The Golden Palace prepared him for his Oscar nominated role.
